  2. have you ever taped ashow by yourself ? no … shut up and be happy people take their time to tape, and you should respect their wishes if you ever want to have some goodies again.

  3. I have never understood the hollier-than-thou stance of most tapers. Either keep your pristine recording to yourself – perfectly within your rights to do so – or offer it up for people to hear. Simple as that. For novices in particular, mp3 is the only format they’re going to understand. I have many friends who do not have the technical know-how to deal with flac/torrent. Radiohead released their last record as mp3s for Chirsts sake – this is a stupid fight to have.

    This site is brilliant. For the proletariat. Thanks so much for doing it.

    The rest of you need to get over yourselves.

  7. oh yeah right … you deleted my gf’s comments … very kind of you. but you should be the one getting a life … converting flacs to mp3 against tapers’ wishes isn’t gonna last long you know…
