uploader’s notes: I DID NOTHING. I was next to the taper at the rail keeping quiet (unlike some of our rail-mates 🙂 ) kinda admiring how Misha casually slipped the Zoom into the pocket of his jacket hanging on the rail – so that it was sticking out facing the stage – and security 🙂 Truly these guys aren’t picked for brightness! In fact, we got close to asking the security for some tape to fix the thing to the actual rail!
Anyway, given the unsophisticated equipment and our location, I did not expect anything impressive to come out of this – and like the rest of you – was waiting for some tapes to pop up… And not seeing any, I dropped a note to Misha who kindly shipped the tape my way. WOW! This is really not what one would expect given the circumstances! Not what the taper expected either! So I asked BLG to work this up a bit, mostly to fix the auto-levels problem – you can read his notes at the bottom. That’s the story – enjoy! Who knows if there are any more tapes from this AMAZING AMAZING show…

Notes: Editing/EQ done via Adobe Audition. Editing involved correcting volume changes due to “auto-level” setting being on. This was a time consuming process and it is still not perfect, but much better than it was originally. The sound is pretty decent, but there are songs where the bass overloads a bit. There is also audience chatter between some songs.
Everything In Its Right Place cuts out on the recording and I faded out both encore breaks due to excessive audience noise.
